Job Role – Site Manager (Slough)

Location: Slough, SL1
Full Time Permanent: 5 Days/Week
Normal Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm

Job Description:
Adamson Construction are seeking a Site Manager to work alongside Adamson management to plan and execute jobs and projects from receipt of order to final invoice on contracts won by Adamson Construction. The candidate will need to have a can do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure this is done to the set standard. To ensure Adamson Construction policies and procedures are carried out by directly accountable team members and subcontractors at all times. To work with other Managers to deliver a safe, efficient and cost effective service for every client through good organisation and sufficient cost control. To develop supervisors and operatives to perform their duties in the running of jobs and projects.

Primary responsibilities will include: 
• To plan and execute jobs and projects from receipt of order to final invoice
• Ensure adequate planning of new jobs to prevent delays and allow jobs to start on time and progress to Schedule
• Develop relationships with all site personnel to ensure efficient execution of works
• Ensure all H&S and Environmental issues have been considered and addressed
• Ensure sufficient Labour to undertaken works
• Ensure all works are carried out to Adamson Construction’s Policies and Procedures
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and ready to use as required and necessary
• Ensure all subcontractors have correct paperwork in place and abide by all H&S legislation
• Ensure all subcontractors work efficiently to the high quality standard expected of Adamson Construction

• CSCS Black Card
• Driving Licence

• Worked on projects in the Commercial / Manufacturing Industries
• Experience of Site Management
• IT Literate including, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS word
