Adamson Construction was contracted to strip floors of existing coverings across two floors and the adjoining stairs. The existing floors also had to be levelled.
The work had to be done whilst people were working in neighbouring offices. The new tiles had to blend in with existing and follow levels into a toilet and lift openings. We carefully levelled the floor to ensure there were no changes in levels while leaving the lifts, at the corridor junctions and the toilet.
We worked so that people always had access and left the area safe at the end of each working day. We modified the stair treads to accept the new tiles and nosings. The new tiles matched the existing very well. The grout colour was the same.
The job went very well with minimal disruption to our client. The work looked very good
