As Project Manager, I am responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Key disciplines:
- Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
- Ensure Materials and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
- Resolve any problems that may arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Report regularly to management and the client, on the progress of the Project
