Summary of job role:
As head of the ductwork & ventilation department, it is my responsibility to maintain the smooth running of the department, dealing with enquiries received and ensuring the quotations that we provide are in strict accordance with our client’s specifications. I have worked within the ductwork & ventilation sector for around 20 years and have great knowledge in the manufacturing and installation process.
Key disciplines:
Preparing and submitting quotations on time and to our client’s specification
Offering alternatives to be put forward to the client to try to keep costs to a minimum
Building a great rapport with new and existing clients
